The go-live of RUIS teaching room utilisation software online support was announced by Mosaic Software today. This initiative allows RUIS users to gain access to a comprehensive suite of support features. The main tools of the support site are a searchable knowledge base, support ticket raising and tracking, a "tips and tricks" section, and secure login, either directly from the RUIS application, or via the dedicated RUIS website.
Mosaic's Managing Director Tom Sankey said: "The RUIS online support area represents a major advance in our support function, and reflects the company's commitment to providing our customers with great support in a timely fashion."
