RUIS Licensing Options
In response to the differing needs and budgetary constraints of our clients, we offer a highly flexible licensing model that ensures smooth implementation of RUIS with a minimum of administrative fuss. Fees for the use of RUIS are banded to reflect the size of each institution, and we offer three implementation options:
RUIS Professional
This is the fully-featured version of RUIS that provides users with all of the reporting and modeling power of the software. A once-only license fee is paid, with an annual maintenance charge due after the first year of use. The maintenance charge entitles the purchasing institution to free software support and upgrades. The license permits installation of the software on one web server, with unlimited user accounts.
RUIS Express
This is a cut-down version of the software that still provides users with extremely powerful space utilisation report and chart features. RUIS Express is designed for those institutions that have tight budgetary constraints, or those who wish to get to know the software before upgrading to the full-featured version.
RUIS Cloud
Fully hosted solutions are becoming increasingly popular, and Mosaic Space offers its clients a comprehensive remote hosting capability for RUIS. The cloud solution is also popular with clients who have special or one-off projects that require the production of space utilization statistics.
